About Team Post Kit

The team's social media is somebody's job. Usually it's yours. Built in Utah for coaches and team admins who don't have a designer.

Why it exists

Team Post Kit started with one youth baseball program that needed a game-day graphic every Saturday and had nobody to make it. The job always landed on the same person — a coach, a team parent, whoever owned the account — and it meant an hour in a design tool for a post that had a two-day shelf life. Miss a week and the feed goes quiet.

There was no shortage of design software. What was missing was something that already knew what a game-day post looks like, so you could hand it the matchup and get back something worth posting.

What we believe

  • A post should take a minute, not an hour. If you're still in the editor when the game starts, the tool has failed.
  • Your logo is the artwork, not a sticker on top of it. You decide how far it goes — left exactly as uploaded, or rebuilt in the style you picked so it belongs in the image instead of sitting on it. Either way it's still your team's mark, not a generic mascot.
  • Nobody should need design skills to look professional. The layout and the typography are our problem. The score is yours.

How it actually works

You pick a layout and a visual style, add your team's logos and any photos or stats it calls for, and the app builds the graphic with an AI image model. It handles the parts that take a designer's eye — hierarchy, spacing, how the type sits in the frame — while keeping the things that have to stay exact, like team names, scores, dates, and uploaded logos.

For baseball and softball, it can read a GameChanger box score you upload and pull out the final score, the line score, and the top performers, so a recap graphic doesn't mean retyping a stat sheet on your phone.

Every graphic comes out in the three sizes teams actually post: Story, Post, and Square.

What we won't do

  • We don't sell or share your photos. Uploads live in a private, account-locked workspace.
  • We don't train models on your uploads. Your team's photos are used to make your graphics, and that's all.
  • We don't charge to get your work out. No export fees, no resolution upsell, no watermark on a paid plan.
  • We don't lock you in. Cancel whenever; the graphics you made stay yours.

Who's behind it

Team Post Kit is independent and self-funded — no investors, no ad network, no data business. It's run out of Hooper, Utah by people who are around a youth sports schedule most weekends, which is how most of the layouts got written in the first place. Several came straight out of conversations with local coaches about the post they were dreading making that week.

There's no support queue and no ticket number. Email projects@teampostkit.com and a person reads it — usually the same person who'd be fixing whatever you're writing about.
