Terms of Service

1. What Team Post Kit is

Team Post Kit ("the Service") generates sports-themed social media graphics using AI image models, based on the layouts, logos, text, and settings you provide. The Service is operated by Team Post Kit. The Service is a self-serve tool: you choose every creative input and direct the creation of each graphic, and you are the author of the resulting work. We do not select, license, or pre-clear the marks or images you choose to use.

1a. No affiliation or endorsement

Team Post Kit is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any school, team, league, association, or other organization, and graphics you create are not official or licensed merchandise. All third-party names, logos, mascots, and marks are the property of their respective owners. See our Intellectual Property Policy for how we handle infringement claims.

2. Accounts

You sign in using the sign-in options we provide. You are responsible for the security of that email account and for activity under your login. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.

3. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly and include a set number of image generations per billing period, as described on the Plans page. Your generation allowance refreshes each billing period. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Each image generation, revision, and edge expansion consumes one generation from your allowance. Payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Your content & licenses

You keep ownership of the logos and images you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to upload and use any content you submit — including team logos, mascot marks, sponsor logos, and player photos. You represent and warrant that your uploads do not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Any searchable logos, team colors, or other assets loaded by the Service are provided strictly for your convenience. You remain solely responsible for ensuring you are authorized to use any school, team, or organizational marks featured in your graphics, and we cannot be held liable if you use them without authorization.

Because the Service is a design and custom creation tool, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your uploaded content, your use of loaded or provided logos, or your use of the generated graphics. We store your uploads and generated graphics solely to operate the Service for you (such as your personal library and history). To the extent we hold any rights in the generated output, we assign them to you upon generation.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit; that infringes someone else's intellectual property; or that misrepresents real game results in a defamatory way. Don't attempt to bypass plan limits, probe the Service's security, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-generated content

Graphics are produced by third-party AI image models (currently OpenAI and Google). Output can contain errors — check names, scores, and spellings before posting. We don't guarantee any particular output, style fidelity, or fitness for a specific purpose.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but it is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change features, styles, models, or pricing; material pricing changes will be announced before they affect an active subscription.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination we may delete stored content after a reasonable wind-down period.
